The Standard Package
(included in the flat fee)
- Change Furnace Filter (included in the flat fee)
- Smoke Detector Service (Battery change, clean & test)
- Check Fire Extinguishers
- Test GFI receptacles
- Water Heater Service – drain sediment / T&P relief valve check
- Inspect shut off valves, connections and visible piping
- Inspect & Clean Sump pump basket (if applicable)
- Inspect and clean filter on range hood
- Inspect bathroom grout
- Clean Dryer Vent
- Service Bathroom drains
- Add water to floor drains
- Service Refrigerator coils, drain tubes & evaporation pans
- Vacuum air intake registers
- Clean faucet aerators
- Clean Shower Heads
- Clean under refrigerators & Dryers (we return all lost socks, coins, magnets etc.)
- Replace burned out light bulbs
- Change clock batteries
- Inspect weather stripping
- General Safety Inspection
The standard package will include a detailed report of all services performed and suggestions for improvements in your home’s safety and efficiency.

Fees:
(Additional $100 for homes 3,000+ sq ft) Batteries, light bulbs, and other hardware costs are extra.
- $399 for 1st visit.
- $379 for subsequent visits with an annual contract.
- $349 for subsequent visits with an semi-annual (every 6 month) contract. (recommended for multiple pet owners or families of 4 or more.)
- $59 Per Hour for additional services if done on the same day of the packages above.
- Senior Discount, 10% if over 65
Homeowner Tips
The following tips will help you optimize our visit:
Have all necessary hardware ready for us (furnace filter, light bulbs etc.)
Have a prioritized list of additional services you may be interested in having completed during our visit.
Keep in mind, we can’t do work that requires a licensed plumber, electrician, or HVAC specialist.
Let us know in advance if you have things that will require more than a 10 foot step ladder to service.
